Prenatal massage is not a luxury, it is a necessity!!  The benefits of massage during pregnancy are amazing, from improving your blood circulation to reducing blood pressure to relieving muscle tension even helping to balance out your hormones (if that’s all it did it would be worth it!) the  list goes on.

I start you out in a side lying position to relax and stimulate circulation in the legs. I have a special table that enables you to lie on your stomach for the last half of the massage allowing a really good back treatment and I finish the back using hot stones to further relax the back, shoulders and neck area.

In order to be a good nurturer you must know how to nurture yourself. Massage is a great way to give back to yourself. And remember when Mommy is happy everybody is happy! Your massage is waiting!
